The role

The BU Manager, leading a business unit and directly reporting to the Executive Board, is responsible for a dedicated customer unit and for expanding Mia-Platform effectiveness through assigned customers and prospects.

Managing this business area means defining and leading an annual Profit & Loss plan considering:

  • Successful customer management: extending or renewing current licenses, advising customers on strategic digital transformation projects, and upskilling partners thanks to Mia’s Academy.

  • With the agile approach, we deliver complex and high-quality projects to customers who adopted our Platform or evolved their IT capabilities thanks to our technology.

  • Partner with the Delivery Manager to deal with tech roles, and understand our Product roadmap and needs.

  • Consult R&D to share customers’ feedback and improve the product experience.

  • Guide and support the team’s growth and address their needs and expectations.

This managerial role collaborates closely with sales and solution architects. S/he is an ambassador of both the product’s vision and the company’s culture.

Job requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in delivering and implementing tech solutions
  • Experience with large enterprises
  • Knowledge of the agile methodology is a strong plus

  • Good understanding of microservices, API, and cloud-native environments

  • Customer-facing capabilities

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Servant leadership

  • Analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities
