The role
The BU Manager, leading a business unit and directly reporting to the Executive Board, is responsible for a dedicated customer unit and for expanding Mia-Platform effectiveness through assigned customers and prospects.
Managing this business area means defining and leading an annual Profit & Loss plan considering:
Successful customer management: extending or renewing current licenses, advising customers on strategic digital transformation projects, and upskilling partners thanks to Mia’s Academy.
With the agile approach, we deliver complex and high-quality projects to customers who adopted our Platform or evolved their IT capabilities thanks to our technology.
Partner with the Delivery Manager to deal with tech roles, and understand our Product roadmap and needs.
Consult R&D to share customers’ feedback and improve the product experience.
Guide and support the team’s growth and address their needs and expectations.
This managerial role collaborates closely with sales and solution architects. S/he is an ambassador of both the product’s vision and the company’s culture.
Job requirements
- 8+ years of experience in delivering and implementing tech solutions
- Experience with large enterprises
Knowledge of the agile methodology is a strong plus
Good understanding of microservices, API, and cloud-native environments
Customer-facing capabilities
Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities
