The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the departments and teams at Mia-Platform, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for the company by welcoming guests, directing phone inquiries, and executing various office-related errands.

  • Assisting in the planning and organization of meetings, including the preparation of office spaces and meeting rooms.

  • Supporting the organization and logistics of internal and external corporate events, including scouting new suppliers and locations.

  • Managing the procurement of office supplies and gadgets, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as needed.

  • Handling travel and accommodation bookings for colleagues.

  • Collaborating with and providing support to the various Departments and Teams at Mia Platform.

Job requirements

  • Strong relational and interpersonal skills.

  • Organizational skills and precision.

  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.

  • A proactive approach.

  • Good knowledge of the English language and Google Suite.

  • Discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.
