Job description

The role

We are looking for Product Engineers with a strong engineering background and a genuine product mindset: people who care about why a feature matters as much as how it is built. You will adopt an AI-first approach to software development, using AI throughout the development lifecycle and building AI agents that make our products and our way of working faster and smarter.

You will work in a cross-functional team alongside Product Managers, Designers and other Engineers, contributing to features used by thousands of users every day.


Activities

  • Design, build and ship product features end-to-end, applying an AI-first approach to every stage of development.

  • Design and develop AI agents, integrating them into our products and development workflows.

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape features: understand the problem, propose solutions and evaluate trade-offs.

  • Participate in architectural decisions and the design of new components, APIs and integrations.

  • Write and maintain tests, monitor services in production and help improve product quality.

  • Take part in code reviews and promote AI-first engineering practices across the team.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.

  • Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Node (JavaScript/TypeScript), Java, Go, Rust.

  • Experience with React/Angular on the frontend.

  • Hands-on experience building LLM-based agents and multi-agent (A2A) architectures in production (e.g., using LangChain), agent evaluation and observability (e.g., via Langfuse), and daily use of AI coding agents in your workflow.

  • A product mindset: you reason about user needs and impact, not only about implementation.

  • Good understanding of Microservices architectures, REST APIs, event-driven systems.

  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Ability to take ownership and propose architectural improvements.

  • Comfortable using Git and collaborating within a development team.

Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience with Kubernetes.

  • Experience with Kafka and Event-Driven architecture.

  • Familiarity with observability practices: logging, metrics, monitoring.

  • Interest in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or automation.
